This is the central training session where we work directly with teachers to bridge the gap between what’s written in your bullying policy and what happens in the classroom, the playground, and the corridor. Using the SAFE model—Supporting Action, Fairness, and Empathy—this session provides staff with: Clarity on what bullying is and isn’t (including covert and digital forms) Real-world strategies to intervene early and effectively Step-by-step guidance on how to document, communicate, and follow up Confidence in responding to students and parents, even in complex situations A practical framework that reinforces school policy without adding unnecessary workload This is not another tick-box PD. It’s hands-on, relevant, and directly aligned with your school’s context—so teachers leave feeling more prepared, not more overwhelmed.
